CyberGuardPro provides digital cybersecurity services and online products, including subscriptions, assessments, monitoring, and other electronically delivered solutions. As such, different refund rules apply compared to physical goods.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once a service has commenced or access has been provided.
However, we may offer a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- If you cancel a subscription within 14 days of initial purchase and no substantial use of the service has occurred
- If a technical issue on our side prevents access to the service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- If required by applicable consumer protection laws
After 14 days from the purchase date, or once services have been materially delivered or used, refunds will not be issued.
Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.
- Access to the service will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.
One-Time Digital Services & Assessments
For one-time services (such as security audits, scans, reports, or consulting):
- Once work has started or the service has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable
- If cancellation occurs before work has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparation costs
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Services that have already been delivered or partially delivered
- Customized, personalized, or client-specific cybersecurity services
- Digital reports, findings, or assessments once access has been granted
- Promotional, discounted, or trial-based purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise

Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, please contact us via the contact email address listed on this website and include:
- Your name and account details
- Proof of purchase or transaction reference
- A brief explanation of your request
We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
